Creating account

  1. Visit www.slioto.com.
  2. Choose from the options to sign up with Facebook, Gmail or your email.
  3. Authorize access for Facebook or Gmail. If you choose to use your email, simply fill out the form with the necessary details (Name, Email, Password).
  4. Click Sign up.
  5. You’re all set! You’ll be immediately redirected to your Slioto account.

 

Download

  1. Login
  2. Select slides/social media graphics from gallery.
  3. User can remove selected items from board.
  4. Click the collections button in the upper right side of the gallery page.
  5. Click download from collections.

 

Downloaded File Format

All items will download in zip format and category wise. User need to unzip to get original file.  We use update version of WinZip for file conversion. If you face difficulties to open file please contact on service center.

 

Profile History

All downloaded items stored in user history page for three months form download time. User can download items as many as they like from history page. After three months downloaded items will be omit from history page.

 

Forget password/User Name

  1. Click forget password link from login page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. We’ll send you a link to reset your password.

 

What do I do if my download does not start automatically?

When your purchase is complete, your product should download automatically. If you don't see your download:

1) Login to your account (click the Login link in the upper right hand corner of the browser).

2) Once you are logged in select History.  Everything you've ever purchased or downloaded should be there and you can download it again anytime.

Are your payment methods secures?

Yes. Slioto.com does not store any information about your payment method. We delegate the payment step to specialized payment gateways that are PCI compliant and process payments and subscriptions for us. If you have any doubt of our processing methods, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will gladly answer any question or concern.

 

My credit card transaction was rejected, and I don’t know why, what can I do?

Our payment gateways are 100% secured and provide modern fraud detection methods and risk mitigation rules. Sometimes, risk mitigation rules are highly restrictive and could end up in a “false negative”. If your transaction was rejected without a proper reply in the checkout process, please contact us to follow up with you your specific case.
